What does a hotel revenue management consultant do?
A revenue management consultant sets and adjusts your room rates based on demand, manages how your rooms are sold across OTAs, your own website and travel agents, and tracks occupancy, ADR and RevPAR so every room earns as much as it can. For independent Icelandic hotels this usually also means reducing dependency on Booking.com and growing direct bookings.

How much does revenue management consulting cost?
Every proposal is tailored to your hotel’s size, systems and goals. You can start with a revenue workshop, choose ongoing support on a 3, 6 or 12-month agreement, or book hours as you need them. The first consultation is free.
