No. The workshops start from the basics and build up to the daily routine. Owners, managers and front office staff all take part.
Are the workshops in English or Icelandic?
Both. Group workshops are announced in either language, and private workshops are held in the language your team prefers.
How is a workshop different from consulting?
In consulting I manage revenue and distribution with you. In a workshop I teach your team the method so you can do it yourselves, with the option of follow-up support.
